Film Walk & Film Processing Workshop
What will we be doing?
Over the period of this workshop, you will be introduced to the basics of camera handling, film loading, exposure basics, and film processing. We’ll start the day at the studio over a good old cup of coffee loading our cameras (35mm film provided) and discussing exposure. We’ll then head off for a photo walk, exploring the beauty of our backyard to then return to the studio to learn the magic of film processing and the how to’s (loading your film on a reel, mixing chemical and quantities, the order of process, and how to handle it). Then once your film is dry. We’ll scan your images for you and share them back with Google Drive.
Who is it for?
Everyone! If you are a keen newbie that inherited grand dad camera or an experienced digital / film photographer that is keen to learn to process their own film and get into the dark side. Well this is for you. This workshop is suited for every level, but don’t you worry, we’ll be pushing boundaries and take things to the next level. You’ll leave this workshop wanting more and inspired!
